The Bloomingdale’s in San Francisco held a ′Garden Party’ with fine food served on Franz’s refined porcelain pieces, where nutritious and healthy delicacies were provided to ensure a wonderful stay for the guests.

Litz Plummer, a well-known opera diva was invited to entertain the audience with tuneful opera classics

Franz was honored to have invited Carol Tao Petersen, who used to run a Chinese restaurant called ‘Ho Chow’ for years, to demonstrate her culinary skills.

It’s worth mentioning that the restaurant has won ‘The Best Asian Restaurant’ award from the San Francisco/Oakland Restaurant Association.

With a passionate interest and vast experience in culinary arts, instructor Tao is good at fusing Eastern-Western cuisines for greater diversity in food options.
