Q: How do you draw inspiration from your daily life?
A: Life is full of suprises, so pay close attention to them.

Q: Tell us something about the artist and artworks that touch you most.
A: Johannes Vermeer is my favorite artist. I guess everyone knows his work titled Girl With a Pearl Earring. I was deeply moved by his painting The Lacemaker the first time I saw it in the Louvre. The Lacemaker is quite small, measuring 24.5 × 21 cm, but it oozes a sense of serenity like jade and shows great power.
